The Disciples of Christ Deliverance Outreach Apostolic Church Ministries, Inc. (DOC) was founded in January of 1998 under the leadership of Apostle Cortez L. Eady and wife, Prophetess Brenda Eady. The initial roster consisted of approximately 65 members. Our services were held in a storefront building on Parkway Plaza, Highway 341 South in Hazlehurst, Georgia. Over the next 2 years, services continued in that location while working toward the goal of building a new edifice. On December 31, 2000, Disciples of Christ began worshipping at our current location on Hallspur Rd. in Hazlehurst Ga.

Since then, we have witnessed countless miracles, blessings, signs and wonders. Through trail, tribulation, toil and snare we remain steadfast and persevere by the grace of God, and the hand of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We resolve that the best is yet to come and draw our church motto from Deuteronomy 14:2 and 1Peter 2:9
